first level around our courtyard gardens. These rooms have a covered
seating area outside each room. A great choice for guests who want easy
access to the beach!
Like all of our rooms, they have air

Located on the second level - each room has a balcony which
is great for enjoying your sun-filled days or romantic
star-gazing at night.
All rooms surround the central
courtyard but enjoy a view of the ocean from the balcony.

on your balcony.

10 steps from the beach - these are the most popular rooms with guests that return
year after year.
These 'privileged rooms' are as close as you can
possibly stay to the sands of Grace Bay Beach.

beach lovers looking for an apartment or one bedroom condo-style suite on Grace Bay.
Although some of the
new condominium-hotels may have more luxurious furnishings - no one can
offer an apartment that is closer to Grace Bay Beach!
Located just above
our beach front rooms - the apartment has one bedroom with king bed, full kitchen,
living room, screened dining porch & private terrace with lounge chairs. All of this with a direct full ocean front view in both directions up and
down Grace Bay Beach.
