Bay Bistro Restaurant’s Conch Crepes win ‘Best in Festival’ prize at Conch Fest 2009
There are more than a few restaurants on Grace Bay with a view of the beach, but Bay Bistro is one of the best. It’s beautiful, comfortable, friendly, and yummy. I have been to Provo a few times and found Bay Bistro to be the best for service, food, and incredible view.
Dinner was outstanding, but the real star was the conch and mushroom crepe. It was a creative tribute to local cuisine that far outshines the conch fritters and conch salad that you see all over the island. It’s a generous portion, but I could have had three all to myself (yes, it’s that good).
After dinner we stopped by the bar. The atmosphere and decor are perfect for hanging out with friends over cocktails, and we were happy to take advantage of that.
All in all, Bay Bistro was a great experience. It seems like all the restaurants in Grace Bay are priced about the same so your choice is truly reliant on food and service. Bay Bistro will not disappoint!
