If you’ll be lounging on the beach, SCUBA Diving, exploring our island, or visiting a near-by spa instead of spending time in your room – our Courtyard Garden Rooms are the perfect choice for your visit to the Turks & Caicos Islands!

Courtyard garden rooms are all on the first level of the hotel with easy access from your room directly to the beach, pool, restaurant or bar. Most of the rooms have King beds, but there are a few rooms with two double beds.
Like all of our rooms, the Courtyard Garden Rooms have air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, mini-fridge, ice bucket, coffee-maker, wireless interent connection, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and clock.
All rooms have a sitting area outside of the sliding glass window that looks out to the lush, tropical courtyard gardens.  These rooms are a great way to enjoy your Caribbean vacation at great prices and still be just a few steps from Grace Bay Beach!

No shows – will result in full forfeiture of entire stay.
