Cancellation policy:

04/15/12 – 12/20/12 – 14 days prior to arrival or they will be charged 3 nights.

12/21/12 – 01/05/13 – one month prior to arrival or be charged for entire stay.

01/06/13 – 04/14/13 – 21 days prior to arrival or be charged 3 nights.

04/15/13 – 12/20/13 – 14 days prior to arrival or they will be charged 3 nights.

12/21/13 – 01/05/14 – one month prior to arrival or be charged for entire stay.

01/06/14 – 04/14/14 – 21 days prior to arrival or be charged 3 nights.

No shows – will result in full forfeiture of entire stay.
